User Name/Password Problems: If you are having a problem accessing the site please send us an email and we will assist you. We first ask that you make sure your CAPS LOCK is turned off.

Receipts: You will get a receipt from our billing company at the time of sign up sent to you via email. That receipt has your transaction number, your user name/password and other administrative data on it. We will need that information if you experience difficulties.

How will the charge appear on your card? The charge will appear as "CCBill" nothing more, so there is no need to worry about a site name or girls name showing up on your statement.

Needed information: We are the customer service for the Naughty Tarts, but are not mind readers. Please don't just send us an email saying "I can't get in, fix it now". We need to know the girl's site you signed up for, the date you signed up, your email address, your subscription number or transaction number. That way we can help you out in a timely manner. If you don't have all of that information please send us as much of it as you can.

Confidentiality: Your information will be kept confidential and will only be used to research your membership information. Your email address will not be shared or sold to anyone else.

Cancelling Your Membership: This is a very easy process to cancel your membership.
